Payment portal is Secured with SSL encryption (256 bit) between clients system environment and the Bank. Portal trust is established by using the Extended Validation version of SSL encryption. Access is controlled by multiple parameters. Supports 3 key pillars of internet security ie., Authentication, Confidentiality and Data integrity.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Management

IndusInd Bank has a rich experience in handling E-Procurement and is integrated with platform of all prominent service provider for Collection and refund management. It provides a secured module in a seamless manner which cascades to automatic and accurate reconciliation.

Technology driven approach is one of the mainstay of the bank. Our In-house IT team plays a pivotal role which reduces dependence on Service Providers / Aggregators & able to deliver customised offerings with reduced timelines. System has the flexibility to integrate with multiple technology platform.

In respect to solution around Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Management, the Bank has articulated a “Customized Online Solutions”. This solution helps client to collect & refund the Tender Fee, EMD, Service or any other charges in a timely & an upgraded method. It not only provides a technology platform to automate the collection & refund process but also enables seamless transaction.

IndusInd Bank is currently the bankers for EMD management for 300+ Central PSUs; State PSUs and lot of other entities.
