IndusInd Bank is proud to present ‘IndusDirect Mobile App” - our Corporate Mobile Banking Application to enable ‘banking on the go’. You can now authorise payments via the Mobile App, view your account balances and a host of other features as listed below:

How to use IndusDirect Mobile App

  • The IndusDirect Mobile App can be used by all registered users of IndusInd Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking platform.
  • Download the IndusDirect Mobile App from Play Store or App Store.
  • When you launch the IndusDirect Mobile App for the first time, you will need to accept the terms and conditions. Comprehensive terms & conditions applicable for our Corporate Internet Banking channels are available on www.indusind.com.
  • You will need to follow the registration process by providing your Corporate Internet Banking login credentials for using the Mobile App.
  • The registration process is OTP driven for additional security.
  • On successful registration, you can set your preferred MPIN for all subsequent authentication.
  • You can opt for biometric authentication if required. This will be applicable only for Payment Authorisation.

What is IndusDirect Mobile App?

IndusDirect Mobile App is our new Corporate Mobile Banking App that facilitates banking on the go. Users can view balances, authorise payments, monitor payment history and view Trade Services dashboard via their smartphones.

Who all are eligible for IndusDirect Mobile App services?

All registered users of IndusInd Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking platforms are eligible to avail the services.

Are there any charges for this facility?

No. Our customers can currently avail the IndusDirect Mobile App– Corporate Mobile Banking App free of cost as a value added service.

How do I apply for IndusDirect Mobile App services?

All registered users of Corporate Internet Banking can download the App from Play Store/App Store and register for the services by using their login credentials.

On what platforms is the Mobile App supported?

Our Mobile App is available on both Android and IOS.

My Mobile number is not registered with the bank. Can I use the Mobile App?

No. you can use the Mobile App only if your Mobile number is registered for Corporate Internet Banking.

Can I register for the Mobile App service on more than one mobile number?

No. Registered users can avail the services on only one device.

What should I do if I change my Mobile number?

Mobile Number is an extremely critical information for the Bank as all the OTP details are delivered on the same. Any change in the mobile number should be immediately informed to IndusInd Bank an updated.

How secure is the Mobile App?

To ensure security of account information and transactions, a number of security features have been built.

  • Secure Login: IndusDirect Mobile App can be accessed only by users who are registered on Corporate Internet Banking.
  • Data Encryption: The account and transactional information is not stored on the Mobile devices, and the data transfer is fully encrypted by using strong encryption standards.
  • Authentication: At the time of transaction authorisation, two factor authentication (MPIN + OTP or Biometrics + OTP) is enforced without which the payment will not be processed.
Does the Mobile App store any account information on the Mobile device?

No, Account Information will not be stored locally on the device.

How current is the a/c information displayed on Mobile App?

Real time balance information will be available on the Mobile App.

Till what period can I view the account statement on the Mobile App?

You can readily view last 10 transactions (Mini Statement) for your account on the Mobile App. You can also request for offline Account Statement (for a period up to 1 year) which will be delivered to your registered email ID.

I have multiple accounts activated on Indus Direct Web, will the Mobile App let me use all accounts?

Accounts that are mapped to the users on Corporate Internet Banking will be available on Mobile App as well.

What are the timings and limits applicable for executing transactions on the Mobile App?

All cut off times and limits will be applicable as per the Corporate Internet Banking portal.

What should I do if I forget my MPIN?

Forgot MPIN option can be used to reset the MPIN.

I have lost my handset. What do I do now?

In case of loss of device where Mobile App is registered, please immediately register the User Id on an alternative device. This will automatically de-activate the App services on lost/old device. We also recommend you to get your user id disabled till you register on an alternative device. Please note as all OTPs are delivered via Mobile, it is extremely critical that any loss of device or change of mobile number is immediately informed to the Bank and user id is temporarily disabled till the user gets the same installed on an alternative device or number.

I have forgotten my transaction password. What do I do now?

Mobile App authenticates transactions using MPIN + OTP or Biometrics + OTP. Transaction Password is not required for Mobile App.

What should I do if I have more queries regarding this facility?

You can contact your Implementation Manager or Customer Service Desk to resolve all your queries / doubts with regards to Corporate Mobile Banking Application.
