- I agree, authorise and permit IndusInd Bank to authenticate myself/my business and voluntarily consent to provide all valid proofs of myself/entity without any objection of details being auto fetched/populated for this application and knowing that the Bank will ensure security and confidentiality of all data being provided by me for the purpose of API based authentication.
- I declare, confirm and agree that all details shared by me are true, factual and no information has been withheld including information related to solvency, defaulting or non-compliance of rules/regulations/guidelines in force from time to time, as framed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI); FEMA regulations 2000 and the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
- I have read, understood and agree to bear all charges applicable for availing Current Account services from IndusInd Bank and those revised from time to time as per the Bank’s sole discretion
- I hereby authorize and permit IndusInd Bank to USE, SHARE & DISCLOSE any/all of my registered communication contact details (postal address, e-mail, mobile number, social media platforms/channels, etc.), that I have willingly registered/shared with the Bank to send information from the Bank and/or from any of its authorised service providers, professional advisors, agencies on the operations of my account(s)/services availed from the Bank and/or any kind of promotional information/research based exercise about the Bank’s products/services that I must be made aware as an existing/potential customer of the Bank; until such time I request/notify the Bank to stop sending communication to any/all of my registered communication contact details as per the Bank’s defined process.
- I declare, confirm that I am a resident of India and presently in India while applying for a Current Account online.
