- Step 2: Login with your registered mobile number.
- Step 3: Click on Service request.
- Step 4: Select Merchant service request.
- Step 5: Request for additional device.
- Step 6: Choose the Soundbox plan and proceed.
Your IndusInd Bank Soundbox will be delivered to your registered address in 7-10 working days**.
For existing IndusInd Bank current account holders without POS device plan.
- Step 1: Download Indus Merchant Solution App*.
- Step 2: Login with your registered mobile number.
- Step 3: Select a POS device plan.
- Step 4: Click on Add on Services.
- Step 5: Select Soundbox Addon.
- Step 6: Agree to Terms & conditions.
- Step 7: Digitally sign the agreement.
Your IndusInd Bank Soundbox & POS device will be delivered to your registered address in 7-10 working days**.
New to IndusInd Bank
- Step 1: Download Indus Merchant Solution App*.
- Step 2: Register with your mobile number.
- Step 3: Open a current account with IndusInd Bank.
- Step 4: Select your POS device plan.
- Step 5: Click on Add on Services.
- Step 6: Select Soundbox Addon.
- Step 7: Agree to Terms & conditions.
- Step 8: Digitally sign the agreement.
