Terms and Conditions for Meet-and-Greet Services Avios

Here is how the cardholder can avail this offer:

  • Please call the toll-free number 18002099071 or write to Indusindassist@aspirelifestyles.com for placing a request.
  • The request for this service should be placed at least 72 hours prior to the travel.
  • E-ticket is mandatory for booking meet-and-greet services.
  • The following travel booking details would be needed while place the request:
  1. Passenger Name
  2. Passenger Age
  3. Passenger Contact Number
  4. Passenger Email ID
  5. Flight Number
  6. Flight Date
  7. Service Type (Departure/Arrival)
  8. Service Location (Airport)
  9. E-Ticket Copy (Mandatory)
  10. Number of Bags (Optional)
  11. Special Request: Wheelchair
  • After the booking is placed, the Concierge team will be in touch with the cardholder to share further details.
  • Cardholders would receive the agent details within 1 to 2 hours of travel time on the email address shared with Concierge team.
  • The agent would greet the cardholder with a placard at the requested airport.

The following terms and conditions would apply:

  • The benefit is applicable only to primary cardholders or travel companion of primary cardholders.
  • The service is applicable only at the select airports given above. The services may vary depending upon the airports.
  • Guest should be aware of the customs rules/laws of the land.
  • In case of any documentation issue at immigration/Customs/Airlines, service will be terminated with zero refund.
  • Amendments to bookings are not allowed.
  • Any cancellation or no show will be considered as usage of benefit.
  • Any additional charges such as service upgrade will have to be borne by the customer.
  • No change or cash can be taken in exchange of the offer period.
  • This service is provided by our service partners, IndusInd Bank does not underwrite or warrant the services offered by the service provider and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a Cardholder or accompanying guest directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the services.
  • Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and/or services must be resolved by the Cardholder with the service partners directly.
  • IndusInd Bank reserves the right to without any prior intimation or notice to change, alter, edit any of the terms and conditions associated with this offer or discontinue the offer as deemed fit.
  • IndusInd Bank's decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects in case of matters relating to this offer.
  • Cardholders that have opted for this service shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
  • Any request for this in addition to two complimentary entitlements every anniversary year would be borne by the cardholder.
  • Cardholders agree that they would be sharing their details with the concierge to avail these services, IndusInd Bank would not have any liability/ responsibility for the details shared by the card holder with the service provider to avail these services.
