Terms and Conditions for “T20 WC Program”

  • ‘T20 WC Program’ (“Program”) is open to Selected Credit Cardholders of IndusInd Bank Limited (“IndusInd Bank”/” Bank”), who have a valid and open IndusInd Bank Credit Card and who have received communication regarding the offer (“Eligible Cardholders” and “Eligible Card Account”)
  • Eligible Cardholders have to achieve a minimum spend level as communicated in the SMS/Email to qualify for the offer. The Spend thresholds have been set for each Cardholder depending on factors such as, but not limited to, credit history, purchase patterns, payment behaviour, credit limit, loyalty and vintage of the Cardholder. 
  • For the purpose of this Program, spends would mean the sum of all Purchase Transactions done using the IndusInd Bank Credit Card through Point of Sale (Card Present) Purchase, Online or E-Commerce/M-Commerce Internet Transaction, IVR Transaction, Mail Order/Telephone Order Transaction.  
  • The offer is valid for the period mentioned in the communication received by the customer.
  • Cardholder will have to register/Opt-in within the Offer Period to be eligible for the offer. Customers can register for the campaign by either of the below methods:
    • SMS JOIN to 5676757 using their registered mobile number with IndusInd Bank
    • Click on the registration link mentioned in the e-mail
  • Following IndusInd Bank credit card holders are not eligible to participate in this campaign - Qatar/British Airway Avios Credit Card, Eazydiner IndusInd Bank Platinum Credit Card, Eazydiner Credit Card, Club Vistara Explorer Credit Card, Intermiles Odyssey Credit Card, Intermiles Voyage Credit Card, Indusind Bank Tiger Credit Card, Samman Credit Card, Platinum Aura Edge Credit Card, Government Aura Edge Credit Card
  • Cardholder can register any time before the mentioned period in the communication. Once a customer registers, Net Eligible spend for the entire Offer Period will be considered. 
  • Once registered for this campaign, the customer will not be able to avail benefits for any other campaign during the offer period.
  • Spends made using Add-on cards will accrue in the account of the Primary Cardholder under this Program.
  • In case any customer is holding multiple primary cards, spends made in one card will not be added to the spends made on other primary card. Two different primary cards may have different targets and the achievement will be calculated separately.
  • Assured benefit: Upon meeting the Qualification Criteria (i.e. Opt-in and achieving the spends target) the Cardholder will be eligible for Bonus Reward Points as per the SMS/Email communication received
  • Example: If a Customer has received communication for 5X Reward Points; under this program, 5X Reward Points mean, the Reward Points earned under normal course (mentioned against the transaction in the statement) plus 4 times the bonus Reward Points (which will be credited later as Bonus Rewards on the fulfilment date). Please note, in case normal reward points are not credited to the account due to whatsoever reason (such as pre-paying and spending over credit limit) bonus multiplier will not be applicable for those transactions.
  • Maximum bonus Reward Point for any customer is capped at 10,000
    • Top spender benefit:
      Top 50 Spenders** (basis eligible category spends) will get two (2) T20 World Cup Tickets each, scheduled in June – 2024. Please note that, the liability of the Bank is limited to match ticket only and any other associated cost related to Visa/Travel/Accommodation is out of scope and Bank will not facilitate in any means.
      Please Note:
      1)The tickets are non-transferrable and,
      2)The winners will be asked to produce valid USA Visa and related travel documents in support of the same
    • Next Top 2000 Spenders** to get exclusive ICC merchandise delivered to their registered address.

** These offers are on top of assured bonus reward point offer mentioned in the previous paragraph.

  • For the purpose of this Program, spends would mean the sum of all Purchase Transactions done using the IndusInd Bank Credit Card through Point of Sale (Card Present) Purchase, Online or E-Commerce/M-Commerce Internet Transaction, IVR Transaction, Mail Order/Telephone Order Transaction. 
  • The transactions should be made for personal use only. As a part of due diligence, the Bank may request for invoices for certain/all the transactions made by any customer during the offer period.
  • If the Credit Card Account is closed/upgraded during the offer period or before the fulfilment of the offer, customer will not get any benefit
  • Only Settled Transactions; i.e. Transactions done during the Program Period and which have been successfully posted into the Cardholder’s Card Account within the offer period will be considered for calculating achievement under this Program. The Bank will not be responsible if a Transaction Authorized by the Bank has not been settled by the Merchant.
  • Purchase Reversal Transaction Amount posted on Cardholder’s Card Account during the Program Period + 7 (Seven) Calendar Days will be deducted/netted off from the eligible Spends for the Purpose of calculating Spends Achievement irrespective of whether the Original Transaction corresponding to this Reversal was done during the Program Period or before the Program Period.
  • Net Eligible spend will be considered after adjusting for any reversals that are posted during the campaign period. ‘Net Eligible Spend’ 
  • Transactions pertaining to the two instalment products i.e. Balance transfer and Cash on EMI will not be considered eligible for the offer.
  • The campaign rewards will not be changed for a different version OR exchanged for cash/cashback or any other form upon request
  • For all qualified Credit Card Accounts, due diligence will be conducted on the Credit Card usage as per existing guidelines. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify eligibility of accounts from qualifying, in case any suspicious transactions are identified.
  • Fulfillment of the offer will be done within 30 days of the end of the Program Period.
  • To be eligible for participating in the Program, the Cardholder must maintain a clean payment record in respect of his/her Card; i.e. the Cardholder should not have failed to pay the minimum amount due on his/her Card during the Offer Period or at the time of evaluation of the winners.
  • Exclusion to spends: Cash withdrawal transactions and any Credit Card transaction made in the below categories will not be considered as an eligible transaction -
  • Debt Collection Agencies (7322), E-Wallets (6540), Gambling (7995), Home Improvement & Supply (7349), Insurance (6300, 5960, 6381, 6399), Money Transfer (4829), Rental Payments (6513), Tax Payments (9211, 9222, 9311, 9399, 9402, 9405), Utility Payments (4812, 4814, 4815, 4816, 4899, 4900), Educational Fee Payments (8211, 8220, 8241, 8244, 8249, 8299)
  • The prize is not convertible to cash and not transferrable. The IndusInd Credit Cardholder has to be present to avail the benefits.
  • Winners shall be notified by SMS and e-mail within 30 days of offer completion date. Notification on how to claim the prize will be made to the existing contact details contained in IndusInd Bank records/system.
  • After the 30-day claiming period, unclaimed Prizes can be awarded to the next Cardholder on the reserve list.
  • Merchandise fulfilment will be done within 90 days from the end of offer period.
  • In case of more than 1 accounts spending the exact same amount, the following selection criteria will be followed to select the final winner in the order of priority mentioned below:
    •  Account with maximum number of eligible transactions within the Offer Period will be selected.
    • Account with spend across maximum number of Merchant Categories will be selected.
    • Account with most number of international transactions (in the eligible spend categories) within the Offer Period will be selected.
  • IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for non-receipt or delivery of any SMS/other communication relating to this Program due to any reason beyond the control of IndusInd Bank.IndusInd Bank reserves the right to modify/amend any communication/SMS related to the Program at any later date during the Program Period.
  • All applicable taxes, duties, levies of whatsoever nature in connection with the Program shall be borne solely by the Cardholder.
  • The participation in the Program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Card member of all the terms and conditions governing the Program.
  • The Bank at its sole discretion can decide Cardholders who can avail this Program. Delinquent Credit Card members will not be eligible for the benefits of this offer. "Delinquent Credit Card Account" means an account of a Cardholder which has outstanding which is past due or which, in the sole opinion of the Bank, has unsatisfactory credit standing. Cardholders, whose Credit Card accounts are currently delinquent or become delinquent at any time before the Fulfillment Date, will be ineligible for the benefits of this Program.
  • If the Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder at any time during the Program Period or before the Fulfillment Date, all benefits under the Program shall lapse. This includes any relationship terminated either by the Bank or the Cardholder.
  • In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of IndusInd Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar or different to this Program or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
  • The terms and conditions of the Program shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card and shall at all times be read along with the terms of the Cardholders’ Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Cardholders’ Agreement, then the terms of the Cardholders’ Agreement to prevail the present conditions.
  • In case the Cardholder has any issues/disputes regarding the Offer, he/she must raise his or her concerns before 2 months of the offer end date. Any disputes raised post this date will not be entertained by the Bank. Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only
