Overview

Introduction:

IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 limited merchandise offer(s) [Cap, and T-Shirt] (“Offer”) for its savings account holders (‘Customer(s)’).

Offer Period:

  • The Offer is valid from 3rd October, 2023 to 31st October, 2023 (‘Offer Period’).

    Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Successful completion of at least 1 (one) payment transaction using Unified Payment Interface (UPI) during the Offer Period.
  2. Minimum cumulative Pull Fund amount must be >=Rs. 50,000/- using Indus FundsOnline (www.indusind.com/funding)during the Offer Period
  3. Booking of Fixed Deposit (FD) with the Bank through digital means only (i.e.- through Net Banking or Mobile Banking or FD OAO or WhatsApp Banking) during the Offer Period, cumulative amount of which must be at least Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs) for a tenure of at least 1 year, which FD should not be withdrawn/closed before 31st October, 2023.
  4. Customer should maintain at least 4X of minimum Average Quarterly Balance/Average Monthly Balance, in the account as of end date of the Offer Period.

    Disqualification Criteria:

  1. This offer is not applicable for Corporate Salary, Add-on, Consumer Finance Division, Non-Resident, Savings Account OAO, Current account Customers.

    Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customer should fulfil all the 4 (four) eligibility criteria to get the benefit of the Offer.
  2. Merchandise Cap will be sent at Customer’s address registered with the Bank.
T-Shirt (s)

    Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Successful completion of at least 1 (one) payment transaction using Unified Payment Interface (UPI) during the Offer Period.

  4.  Customer should maintain at least 4X of minimum Average Quarterly Balance/Average Monthly Balance,in the account as of end date of the Offer Period.
  5. Customer should have a savings account balance of at least Rs. 5,00,000 as of end date of the Offer Period.

    Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customer should fulfil all the 5 (five) eligibility criteria to get the benefit of the Offer.
  2. Merchandise T-shirt will be sent at Customer’s address registered with the Bank.
  3. Merchandise T-shirt are available in Medium/Large size only. The size will be randomly allotted to the winning Customer and shall not be replaced.

Terms & Conditions

 

  • The participation in the Offer(s) is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Customer(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  • A Customer is eligible for one merchandise only under the Offer.
  • The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customers from the benefits of this offer inter alia for events like unusual transaction pattern that may indicate collusion between employee and customer OR recycling of funds via the link/ wallets/fund transfers
  • The Bank shall not be responsible in case, mobile number/email id/communication address is not registered or registered mobile number/email/communication address is not valid/updated or in case of any technical issue, Bank will not be liable for non-receipt of Promotional SMS or for non-receipt of merchandise.
  • In case of joint holders, only the primary account holder will be eligible for the offer.
  • The customer shall be responsible for reviewing these Term and Conditions & shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on accepting the offer
  • Tax liability, if any, to be borne by the Customer.
  • The Bank shall neither be responsible for guaranteed delivery of SMS/Emails/WhatsApp to the customer and shall not be liable for non-delivery of the same arising due to mobile network issues, DND activation by customers, and personal email settings of customer.
  • The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer(s) by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer(s) or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Customer(s).
  • The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing the Offers.
  • The offers are subject to force majeure events.
  • The participation in the program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Customer of all the terms and conditions governing the Programme.
  • The Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of goods / services availed by the customers.
  • Accordingly, customer shall not make any claim or seek compensation against Bank in relation to any loss, damage, expense suffered in relation to non-fulfillment by the participating Merchants under this program.
  • The Bank at its sole discretion can decide customers who can avail these offers. The decision of the Bank will be considered as final and binding for rewarding the customers/employees.
  • In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respect.
  • The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the account and shall at all times be read along with terms of the customer Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the customer Agreement, then terms of the customer Agreement to prevail the present conditions
  • These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
  • Customers to note that the merchandise given by the Bank as a reward under this Offer are manufactured by respective manufacturers and Bank shall not be held responsible for any defect/deficiency in the said merchandise. Any dispute with regard to quality/defect in the said merchandise shall be taken up by the Customers independently with manufacturer without any reference to the Banks
  • The Bank may change/opt out of the offer any time at the sole discretion of the Bank
