Terms & Conditions for Navratri Top Spender Offer on IndusInd Bank Limited Debit Cards

Introduction:

  • IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought Navratri Top Spender offer (“Offer”) for its customers (“Cardholder(s)”) holding valid and active debit card(s) issued by the Bank (“Debit Card”).

Offer:

  • Daily top 3 (three) Cardholders who have made the highest valid spends by using Debit Card during the Offer Period shall be awarded ShopPlus points which can be redeemed for purchasing the vouchers/gift cards available on IndusShopPlus website https://www.indusind.com/vouchers (‘Website’) as per the criteria mentioned below.
  • Upon the Cardholder(s) fulfilling the Offer requisites criteria of the Bank, during the Offer Period, will be eligible for the following ShopPlus points:
  1. Highest Spender- 25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Only) ShopPlus points will be awarded to the Cardholder having the highest daily and valid spends on the Debit Card during the Offer Period.
  2. Second Highest Spender- 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Only) ShopPlus points will be awarded to the Cardholder having the highest daily and valid spends on the Debit Card during the Offer Period.
  3. Third Highest Spender- 10,000 (Ten Thousand Only) ShopPlus points will be awarded to the Cardholder having the highest daily and valid spends on the Debit Card during the Offer Period.

Offer Period:

  • The Offer is valid from 22nd March, 2023 to 30th March, 2023 (‘Offer Period’).

Eligibility and Validity:

  • This Offer is valid for Cardholder who are resident of India.
  • This Offer shall be applicable only to top 3 (three) Cardholders who have successful and valid highest daily spends made on the Debit Card per day during the Offer Period.
  • Offer is valid on both offline and online successful transactions (POS or Ecommerce purchases) made by the Cardholder(s) by using the Debit Card.
  • The Offer is applicable on the domestic and/or international transactions made by the Cardholder(s) with the Debit Card.
  • For the purpose of this Offer, the day shall start at 12:00 A.M. and shall end at 11:59 P.M. of the respective date.

Disqualification:

  • Wallet recharges and/or credit card payments are not eligible for this Offer.
  • ATM transactions are not eligible for this Offer.
  • Offer is not valid for the Cardholder(s) who transact with only one merchant during the Offer Period.
  • Cardholder who has already received ShopPlus points under this Offer for a particular Debit Card.
  • Any transaction reversal/ refund in either full/partial on the Debit Card, will not be considered for this Offer.

Offer terms and conditions:

  • Top 3 (three) Cardholder(s) will receive ShopPlus points which may be used for purchase of vouchers/gift cards available on the Website, which can be redeemed at www.indusind.com/vouchers
  • Upon the Cardholder fulfilling the Offer requisites criteria, during the Offer Period, winners under this Offer will be identified by 15th April,2023 and the applicable ShopPlus points will be credited to the Cardholder by 30th April, 2023.
  • The winners of this Offer will be informed through the mobile number and email ID of the Cardholder registered with the Bank.
  • The Cardholder shall redeem the ShopPlus points rewarded under this Offer within three (3) months of its accrual.   • Any dispute as regards to the quality of the products and services of the merchants are to be taken by the Cardholder(s) directly with the merchants.
  • The Bank will not be responsible for the fitness and/or quality of goods purchased by the Cardholder(s) using the ShopPlus points and services offered by the merchants.
  • General Terms and Conditions applicable on Debit Cards will continue to apply.
  • The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify all or any of these Offer terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Cardholder.
  • The participation of the Cardholder(s) in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

Steps to redeem the ShopPlus Points :

Cardholder (s) will be informed through mobile number and email ID registered with the Bank to redeem ShopPlus points.

  • Visit the official website using this link: https://www.indusind.com/vouchers
  • Login using your registered mobile number
  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile device
  • Hover your mouse over the relevant category. Click on the brand whose vouchers/gift cards you want to purchase. You can also type in the name of the brand in the search bar present in the header area and click on the search icon
  • On the brand page that opens, select the denomination (voucher/ benefit value) and quantity of the vouchers/gift cards
  • Click on the Terms and Conditions link present in the Order Summary section of the page. Read the terms and conditions carefully
  • Tick mark on the ShopPlus button. Pay using ShopPlus Reward points and make pending payment using your IndusInd Debit Card (If required)
  • You will receive your vouchers/gift cards in a few minutes after the successful completion of the payment process.
