• This Gift Voucher will be valid only on purchases made at Montblanc India Retail boutiques.
• Each Gift Voucher shall be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The validity of the Gift Voucher cannot be extended.
• The Gift voucher cannot be partially redeemed, combined with or applied to other certificates, vouchers, awards, promotions or special offers from Montblanc.
• Only the value of the Gift Voucher will be borne by IndusInd Bank. Any value exceeding the value of the Gift Voucher is to be paid by the Cardholder using his IndusInd Bank Credit Card
• These vouchers are not redeemable against cash and/or refunds.
• The physical Gift voucher needs to be presented at the time of redemption.
• IndusInd Bank does not underwrite or warrant the services performed by Montblanc and shall not have any liability for any defect, deficiency, delay, unavailability or imperfection in such goods / services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a card holder directly or indirectly by use or non -use of the products / services provided by Montblanc.
• In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
